Watermelon Salad Recipe Peach & Cucumber
I made this mix of ranch new peaches, crisp crunchy cucumbers, scrumptious watermelon all together combined with a cut of mozzarella, disintegrated blue cheddar, a couple of shavings of a shallot and showered with balsamic vinegar and I'm infatuated. I had it for lunch directly after I shot it and cleaned my plate. The flavors all merge truly well, yet don't hesitate to forget the shallot on the off chance that you don't care for the punch of it.
INGREDIENTS
-Watermelon
-Peaches
-Cucumber
-Blue Cheese Crumbles (i lean toward gorgonzola)
-Cuts of Fresh Mozzarella
-Shallot
-Balsamic Vinegar (ridiculously great quality)
INSTRUCTIONS
1 To gather this serving of mixed greens you'll need to chop your watermelon down the middle and cut 1" cuts.
2 At that point take a treat cutter and removed rounds. My treat cutter was 2.5" distance across.
3 Take a cut of mozzarella and place it over your watermelon.
4 At that point cleave up your peach and cucumber into little squares to top the watermelon and mozzarella.
5 Daintily cut your shallot and place a couple of cuts on each round and additionally the blue cheddar, I likely put around 1 tablespoon on each round.
6 The last stride is to sprinkle with a decent quality balsamic vinegar.
