For the Dressing:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sparkling strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 cup olive oil
For the Salad:
8 cups baby spinach
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced avocado
1/4 cup walnuts, lightly toasted
1/4 cup purple onion, sliced thin
1/4 cup low fats blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Directions:
Dressing: First you have to take a meals processor and then combine all the components other than olive oil. Blend the combination well. After the dressing has thickened, add some olive oil.
Salad: After you are executed with the dressing, you have to put together the salad. Take a giant mixing bowl and then combine all the components different than blue cheese. Now convey the dressing which you have prepared and add one-fourth of the dressing to the mixture. Divide the salad into 4 massive serving bowls. Add some blue cheese to every of the bowls and add some additional dressing if you want.
