Banana Mousse And Benefits

This healthy banana mousse is so delicious! It has intensive, natural banana flavor and it tastes like a fluffy and mild pudding.  - 1 cup reduced-fat plain yogurt (2%)
 - For garnish: 4 fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions:

- Place honey, milk, bananas, and vanilla in a blender and combo till smooth. Put the milk combination in amixer bowl. Add yogurt and combine till properly combined. Cover.
- Place in the fridge and chill for at least 50 minutes. Divide equally into 4 small serving cups/glasses.Garnish each and every cup/glass with 2 banana slices and 1 mint leaf.
